Payment is made online by credit card, you can also pay with your PayPal account. If necessary, you can pay by bank transfer (specifying the desired item) by sending an email to contact@alchemillaleather.com to obtain bank details. 

Upon receipt of payment, delivery will be made mainly with La Poste, with tracking or signature.  For the delivery time, it will be done within two to five working days, or even more, depending on the destination (outside Metropolitan France). Delivery is free for shipments in mainland France.

Before any returns or exchanges please contact by email (contact@alchemmillaleather.com) or by phone at 07.49.52.95.88, you can also fill out the contact form  of the site.  Returns are accepted for manufacturing defect. For exchanges, it will be possible within 10 days after receipt of the product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
