Terms of Sales.

 

ARTICLE 1 - IDENTITY

The website www.alchemillaleather.com is operated by Ei ALCHEMILLA LEATHER located at * rue des Bruyères 49240 AVRILLE

Customer service can be reached 5 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on 0749529588

 

ARTICLE 2 - ORDERS

The alchemillaleather.com website is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Conclusion of contract

The order will be validated when the customer makes the online payment. Payment by check is not accepted without prior agreement. If you wish to pay by check, please send us a request by email either on the contact interface of the site, or at contact@alchemillaleather.com

An order can only be honored if the information NAME / COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, TEL and MAIL are known.

Any order validated by the Customer on alchemillaleather.com implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Capacity

Only persons legally capable of entering into contracts concerning the goods and services offered on the site can order on the alchemillaleather.com site.

When placing the order, the Customer guarantees to have full legal capacity to adhere to these general conditions and thus conclude this contract.

The Customer guarantees that he is fully authorized to use the payment card he uses and that the latter gives access to sufficient funds to cover the payment of the order in its entirety.

Alchemilla Leather cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of late or incorrect delivery. Thus, if the delivery cannot take place because of an input error by the Customer, the reshipping costs will be borne by the latter and the delivery times will be delayed.

Order processing

Orders are processed in the order in which they are actually received.

Deliveries are made according to availability, in the order of arrival of orders.

In agreement with the Customer, deliveries may be made in part. In this case, no additional shipping costs may be charged.

Non-execution of the order

Alchemilla Leather cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or partial or total strike, in particular of means of transport, communications, flood, fire, and in manifest error.

Alchemilla Leather cannot be held responsible, towards a Customer or a third party, for any indirect damage, loss of profit or turnover, occurring in any way whatsoever.

 

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

 

The prices displayed are in euros and include VAT (all taxes included). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI

Some items may be subject to promotions.

An estimate can be established for you and will be valid for 15 days from its date of issue.

 

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

 

Payment terms

Payment by Credit Card via Square is accepted as well as bank transfer to the company's account.

The validation of payment by Alchemilla Leather services allows the shipment of the package to the delivery address chosen by the Customer.

Default of payment

Alchemilla Leather reserves the right to suspend or close the account of a Customer who contravenes the provisions of these general conditions.

 

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY AND DEADLINES

Price

Shipping costs including packaging, handling and postage are our responsibility in Metropolitan France. 

Place of delivery

The products will necessarily be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when entering the information during the order. This is why Alchemilla Leather asks the Customer to ensure the accuracy of the information he may have provided for the delivery of his order.

The price of deliveries and free applies for a delivery in Metropolitan France. Outside this area, the order will be delivered according to the prices previously offered on the site.

Delivery by carrier

We mainly work with Laposte.

The goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipients.

If the Customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, the package will be delivered to the mailbox or returned to the deposit against signature.

In the event that the Customer's living conditions do not allow the carrier to deliver the product, the latter will not take place. Redelivery will be the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of an anomaly concerning the delivery, the Customer must send his complaints to Alchemilla Leather on the same day of delivery, if possible. After 24 hours, no complaint can be taken into account

Delivery delay

Packages are usually shipped the same day or the next day after receipt of your payment. 

Shipping or delivery times will be made on working days (Monday-Friday).

The times mentioned are given by the carriers. Alchemilla Leather will not be held responsible for any consequences due to late delivery or loss of packages.

In the event of non-receipt of a package within the time indicated, the Customer will contact us by telephone at 0749529588 or by e-mail at contact@alchemillaleather.com. We will be able to inform you about the progress of your order by requesting an investigation from the carrier responsible for the delivery.

If the product is not found at the end of the investigation and only on this condition, Alchemilla Leather:

- sends a replacement product at his own expense

- reimburses the price of the order lost by the Carrier.

 

ARTICLE 6 - GUARANTEES AND APPLICABLE LAW

Guarantee

The products benefit from a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. The resin may yellow over time or the dried flowers may change color.

Jurisdiction

The general conditions of sale of Alchemilla Leather will be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law.

This contract is therefore subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of ANGERS (49)  will be competent.

In the event that one of the provisions of the general conditions is considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions of the said conditions will remain in force.

Responsibility

Alchemilla Leather's liability under the terms of the general conditions of sale cannot exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable during the transaction giving rise to the said liability, whatever the cause or form of the action concerned.

Retention of title

All goods sold remain the property of Alchemilla Leather until full payment.

 

ARTICLE 8 - REVISIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Alchemilla Leather reserves the right to be able to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
